Cumberland, MD Annual Groundhog Day – February 2, 2024 7:00 AM

The City of Cumberland, the Downtown Development Commission (DDC) and the Parks and Recreation Department extend an invitation to everyone for the annual Groundhog Day Celebration at City Hall.

Enter the City of Cumberland Groundhog Day Coloring Contest for children through 5th grade. Entries must be received by noon on Friday, 01/26/24. Winner from each grade will receive a groundhog prize package and have their photo taken at the 2024 Groundhog Day event with a posting on the Facebook event page, and of course bragging rights!
