All ACLS Libraries will be closed Tues. January 18 due to remaining icy conditions. All library visitors over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask. Libraries are open 11 AM- 6 PM Monday- Thursday. South Cumberland and Frostburg Libraries are open 11 AM - 5 PM on Saturdays.
