Celebrate Groundhog Day with Queen City Charlie!
Join the community on Monday, February 2nd, at 7:00 AM in City Hall Plaza for a special Groundhog Day celebration!
- Meet Queen City Charlie, the beloved groundhog mascot.
- Enjoy a short ceremony featuring the Mayor and City Council.
- Cheer on the winners of the Groundhog Day Coloring Contest, who will be accepting their awards during the ceremony.

Enter the City of Cumberland Groundhog Day Coloring Contest for children through 5th grade. Entries must be received by noon on Friday, 01/23/26. Winner from each age group/grade will be invited to the celebration to receive a groundhog prize package and have their photo taken with Queen City Charlie and Mayor Ray Morriss.
