Health Rocks at the South Cumberland Library

Come have fun at the library with 4-H. Snacks provided. Health Rocks is a 12 month free program providing weekly health education and mentoring sessions to youth ages 8 to 14 years old. Interested youth do not need to be enrolled in 4-H to attend.

Topics include: Substance abuse prevention, health lifestyle choices, mentorships with community leaders, building leadership skills.
Program offered by University of Maryland Extension Allegany County 4-H Program.
