Health Rocks at the South Cumberland Library

Health Rocks has gone virtual! Check out these videos from Health Rocks instructor, Michelle! Find these and other informational videos, like STEM projects and starting a garden, on the University of Maryland Extension Western Cluster YouTube Channel!

Come have fun at the library with 4-H. Snacks provided. Health Rocks is a 12 month free program providing weekly health education and mentoring sessions to youth ages 8 to 14 years old. Interested youth do not need to be enrolled in 4-H to attend.

Topics include: Substance abuse prevention, health lifestyle choices, mentorships with community leaders, building leadership skills.
